About The Versico Gold Medal Quality Program:
This rigorous program identiï¬es commercial roofing contractors who provide high-quality installations consistently. Versico honors only the most elite commercial rooï¬ng professionals who deliver excellent service, outstanding craftsmanship, and long-term quality. Gold Medal Quality Contractors achieve outstanding inspection ratings on a routine basis, and receive a very low number of warranty claims.
The requirements to become a Versico Gold Medal Quality Contractor are:
- Must be an authorized Versico Roofing Contractor for a minimum of 3 years
- Over 50,000 square feet of installed and inspected warranted Versico projects annually
- At least 5 completed and inspected projects per year
- Must have less warranty claims, repeat inspections, and dollars spent on warranty repairs than 95% of all Versico Authorized Roofing Contractors
